Mandisa Mothupi is a Nursing Service Manager of Crestcare Zoutpansberg Hospital with 32 years of Nursing experience. Mandisa’s day to day responsibilities include consistency of care to ensure patient satisfaction is attained through patient feedback surveys, monitoring budgetary metrics such as labour costs, overtime expenses, and supply utilization to ensure that nursing services operate within allocated financial resources while maintaining quality care delivery. Mandisa has previously worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where she was one of the Magnet Status Champions with adherence to National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators. Mandisa is not new in leading the health facility in attaining licenses to practice, she has actively participated in Joint International Commission Accreditation. While in Netcare, Mandisa’s quality management skills have led to grunting of licenses to her facility by DOH, OHSC and ISO accreditation. Mandisa has always been involved in Training and Education as a leader in Registered Nurses forum and a member of Deputy Nursing Manger’s forum in Netcare KZN region.
Mandisa is lifelong learner and because of passion in leadership, she advanced her knowledge and skills by obtaining a MBA and MPH. Mandisa values teamwork and sustainability as the health industry attains its best outcomes from synergy.
