When your doctor decides you need to be admitted to a Crestcare hospital, they'll start the process with LogBox. Here’s how it works:

Email Notification: You'll get an email from LogBox with the details of your admission and a PDF containing hospital codes for medical aid authorisation.

LogBox Access: If you're new to LogBox, now's the time to download the app or access it online. The email will include a link for easy access.

Verification: Log into LogBox, enter your authorisation number from your medical aid, verify your details, and answer some questions specific to the hospital.

Confirmation: Once done, you'll get a notification from LogBox confirming that you've completed the pre-admission process successfully.

If you don't have access to a smartphone, you can still use LogBox for hospital admissions. Just follow the instructions provided in the email you receive from LogBox and select the “View in browser” option. This will allow you to complete the necessary forms using any web browser on a computer or tablet.
